Cell phone voyeur faces jail

Over a week ago MobileTracker ran a storie on an attempt to curb camera phones--critics state that it's too easy to bring a camera phone into something like a locker room and take pictures of people without their knowledge. Switzerland took action and banned them from the beach and restrooms. From the looks of this story, Switzerland is ahead of the curve: bq. "Teng allegedly broke into the female toilet at the centre at about 11am, after shattering a glass window panel. Inside, he apparently then placed his phone on the false ceiling of the toilet, before trying to take photos of a woman below." Sorry, no picture for this story... For obvious reasons.
