Orange announces SPV E200

European mega-carrier Orange has announced the SPV E200, its latest smart phone running Windows Mobile 2003. It's loaded up pretty nicely with all the things you would expect from a smartphone, icluding Bluetooth. The SPV E200 will be the first phone running Windows Mobile 2003 that has a camera. Accordingly, the OS was updated to add in MMS.
