Cingular to carry Motorola V400

Cingular has announced that it will carry the Motorola V400. A camera phone in the same series as the V300 and V600, the Motorola V400 will sell for a low $150. It was slated to start shipping before the Holidays, but part delays slowed up the launch. You should be able to purchase the handset next week.
