NTT DoCoMo's FOMA service has passed the 3 million subscribers mark. With a fixed-rate unlimited data plan coming soon, it's likely that this number will grow even fast than its already blistering pace. Two months ago the total was 2 million.
The increase is thought to be related to the 900i series of phones recently introduced by the company.
