Virgin Mobile expands to Canada
Virgin Group announced a deal to brings its service to Canada. Like Virgin Mobile USA, Virgin Mobile Canada will operate as a prepaid MVNO (buy bulk time on another carrier's network). The partnership is with Bell Mobility.
We'll post more info when the new service launches later this year.
