The spectrum covers about 83 million potential customers, though it's mostly in areas where Cingular already offers service. However, a few new cities will pop onto the service map:
* Portland, OR
* Salt Lake City, UT
* El Paso, TX
* Manchester, NH
* Hagerstown, MD
* Salisbury, MD
* and Kankakee, IL.
