FCC: Samsung i550 Palm smartphone revealed

Thanks to an FCC application, details of the upcoming Samsung i550 Palm powered smartphone have leaked. You can view the gory details here. The SPH-i550 is an upgraded version of the i500 which was announced 13 months ago. Here are some specs:

• CDMA 1XRTT
• 32MB of RAM
• 1 megapixel camera with video recording
• High-resolution touchscreen plus color external OLED display

Look for it during the second half of this year, likely as a Verizon Wireless exclusive.
