DoCoMo intros SO506iC smart-card handset

NTT DoCoMo has announced that it will market its third smart-card powered handset--the SO506iC. The company just last week announced the SH506iC , its second smart-card phone.

Here's a look at the features:

• Automatic display snap to a full 180 degrees by simplying nudging it sideways from the closed position.
• Memory Stick Duo
• 320 x 240 dots 262,144 color TFT display
• 1.3 mega pixel camera

The SO506iC will be available from all NTT DoCoMo sales channels on Friday.
