FOMA Raku Raku phone released by DoComo

NTT DoCoMo today announced the release of the FOMA Raku Raku. It's a lower-end 3G camera phone capable of making video calls. Here are the specs:

• .3 megapixel camera
• 2.4-inch 65K color QVGA LCD
• Read Aloud function that enables voice readouts
• "Voice mail" function that allows users to send and receive voice messages
