Details of the Samsung SCH-i640 have been posted onto the FCC website. The Windows Mobile powered CDMA handset looks to be the successor to the Samsung i600 (carried by both Verizon Wireless and Sprint PCS).
Some specs:
Look for the Samsung i640 to ship from Verizon Wireless (at least at first, Verizon had the i600 months ahead of Sprint PCS).
