The FCC will begin considering rules that would end the official ban on cellphone use on commercial airline flights in the US. This will be a controversial decision--airplanes are one of the last cell phone free zones. If the current rules get reversed, the big winner may be Bose Quite Comfort Headphones:
"Can you imagine 200 people having a conversation at once? There's going to be a big market for noise-canceling headphones."
