Motorola V186 announced

Motorola unveiled the V186 today at CES, an EDGE enabled V180. Besides EDGE, features of the Motorola V186 include:

• 128×128 pixel 65K color CSTN main display, 96 x 32 pixel monochrome LCD
• Speakerphone
• AOL Instant Messenger (AIM)

It's of interest that Motorola is choosing to put EDGE even on its entry-level mobile phones. Carriers and pricing for the V186 were not announced, but it should be available in the first quarter of 2005.
