Demand for Cingular Treo 650 high
Several sharp eyed
MobileTracker readers wrote in this morning to let us know that the Treo 650 was taken off Cingular's website. Cingular let us know that the removal was temporary and is simply because of high demand for the device (Not having the phone online will make it easier to keep the phone in stock for other sales channels).
If you want to purchase the Treo 650, it can still be found in Cingular stores and third-party online dealers (the $349.99
deal we mentioned earlier this month is still good).
The Treo 650 was officially
launched by Cingular on February 2nd. No sales figures have been released so far.
