Though not a big shock, a recent survey has found that most fliers do not want mobile phones allowed during flight. We've reported on this story several times in the past, including that the FCC and FAA are currently investigating the safety of in-air mobile service. bq. 82 percent had concerns that cell phones might "make planes uncomfortable and be disruptive" to passengers trying to read or sleep. Airplanes are one of the last communication free zones (for passengers) left and it appears most people want to keep it that way.
