The Motorola M1000 has begun shipping on NTT DoCoMo. We noted earlier this year that the FCC had approved the M1000 for use in the US (it's both 3G and GSM). It's also the first Motorola handset for DoCoMo.
Features of the M1000 include:

* microSD (TransFlash) card slot
* Opera 7.5 browser
