Research In Motion inks deal with Intel

According to CNBC, Research In Motion (maker of the popular BlackBerry) is close to entering into a deal with semiconductor giant Intel. RIM will use Intel's power saving chips in its handhelds and also support Intel's WiMAX push. Intel is hosting the Intel Developer Forum this week in San Francisco and it's likely that more information will be made available at the show.
