Good Technology, maker of push email software that competes with Research In Motion's BlackBerry platform, has laid off about 100 employees or 20% of its workforce. The cuts come from the sales department as Good is focusing on direct to carrier sales instead of to individual companies. Good already has deals with Sprint and Cingular.
