I had this phone for a few days now- love it!!! It did take a while for me to get used to all the features and the joystick (a bit sensitive), but overall it's a great phone so far. Lots of memory, lots of 'extras', calls are clear. Though not itunes compatible, you can burn a cd with your itunes playlist, then import the cd into your phone. Cingular does activate this as does Tmobile- at least where I'm at. Though the earphones are meant to be used for the walkman, you can use the internal speakers at its highest volume to hear songs. Camera is a bit grainy, but best yet for a phone camera. Contacts/phonebook is a bit tricky. When you press the contact you want to get their number or info, it'll automatically dial the number instead. Keep an eye out for that! Otherwise, a great phone, though pricey- worth the money. Similar phones are coming out so prices should drop. If you're not fond of the orange color, they do sell different colored faceplates, but you'd literally need to take the phone apart to install...
