CTIA 2006

CTIA 2006>Sony Ericsson

Sony Ericsson did most of its announcements earlier in the year, at 3GSM and its own event in New York. But they still managed to pop in a few new models, the Z525 and the W700i. The Z525 simply adds push-to-talk to the Z520 and is expected to be picked up by Cingular. The W700i is a little more strange, it is basically a W800i without an autofocus and with half the memory. The logic behind it is that the W800i is being phased out in favor of the W810i, which adds a quad-band radio and perks like EDGE. So the W700i will be the low-end candybar Walkman phone and the W810i the high-end.

We tossed in shots of a few more models for fun (including the W300i, K790 and W810).
