Siemens has announced its latest 3G handset, the U15. Despite having all the features that you'd expect from a 3G phone, it also has the ability to hop on GSM networks when 3G isn't around. If you travel at all, this is a must have feature. Here's a quick run down: * 64 MB of RAM * IR, Bluetooth and USB connectivity * VGA resolution camera (takes video as well) * J2ME application support It's not yet clear what OS is going to power the U15, but it may very well me Smartphone 2002. It should ship worldwide (limited to where 3G is available though) by November.
