Vodafone, Microsoft pair up
Showing once again that Microsoft is serious about becoming a major player in mobile, they today
announced a partnership with Vodafone that aims to promote programming standards for software that could work easily on both mobile phones and personal computers.
There are no immediate ramifications for consumers, but if things go the way these two companies want them to, we'll see a lot more useful mobile applications.
