Phone bans progress

Anxiety over mobile phones, especially over camera phones is growing. At least one city
wants to go as far as banning phones in its parks. Washington D.C. is
looking to ban phones while driving, a move similar to what other major cities in the US have done. As we
mentioned earlier this week, the UK has implemented a recent ban.
