Merger talks come full steam

The Boston Globe has a
rather long piece on the possible mergers we'll see in 2004. The
Cingular + AT&T Wireless deal we mentioned last week is included. Other possible mergers are:
* Verizon Wireless + Sprint PCS
* Cingular + T-Mobile
* Vodafone + T-Mobile, AT&T Wireless or possibly Cingular
2004 is going to be a fun year to cover the wireless industry--we can't wait!
