Motorola announces 3 new PTT phones

Motorola today announced 3 new "walkie-talkie" type mobile phones. The push-to-talk handsets are the: V400p, T300p and the V65p. The V400p is a quad-band GSM based handset that includes a camera and MP3 ringtones. It will be marketed for the world market. The T300p and V65p are both CDMA handsets and are targeted at North America. The T300p sports a rugged design, while the V65p has a vogue metal housing and color screen. Pricing and time-to-market for all three handsets were not announced. The V400p is shown at right, click the thumbnail to enlarge the image.
