CTIA: AT&T Wireless announces 3G plans

AT&T Wireless will roll out 3G service in 4 major cities this year: San Francisco, Seattle and two still un-named cities. AT&T Wireless is rolling out 3G thanks to an investment by Japan's NTT DoCoMo.
