Powell retracts vote on Nextel's spectrum request

The Wall Street Journal is
reporting today [subscription] that Federal Communications Commission Chairman Michael Powell has retracted his vote for Nextel's spectrum plan. We have covered the story before, the
last time being in March.
Mr. Powell's reversal on the vote is a major blow to Nextel, but there is still more time until a final decision is reached.
