AT&T Wireless and Cingular MMS now jive
AT&T Wireless and Cingular have
updated their systems to allow picture messages work across the two carriers. While SMS messages typically have no problem going across carriers, MMS has been plagued with carrier interoperability. This move was made in part to make Cingular's buyout of AT&T Wireless easier.
The two companies
also announced that a deal was worked out with AT&T over branding issues.
