A study by Harris Interactive found that 13% of adults have changed their wireless provider during the last 12 months. Another 13% are likely to do so in the next year while another 23% are looking into it. Only one in four US adult wireless users is highly satisfied with their wireless service provider. In contrast, 45% of U.S. adults are as satisfied with their landline telephone provider and 42% with their ISP. Cost was most often the motivating factor in switching providers.
