United offering free BlackBerry units
United Airlines, T-Mobile USA and Research in Motion teamed up for a unique promotion: buy a ticket on united for $250 or more and get a free BlackBerry. Depending on the plan you choose with T-Mobile the device will be a BlackBerry 6230 or BlackBerry 7230. With a service contract from T-Mobile, the units carry list prices of $249.99 and $299.99 respectively.
Buy your ticket before March 31, 2005 for travel by April 30, 2005 and
register with United before buying it.
