CeBIT 2005 -- As expected, Siemens has announced the M75. The M75 is a ruggedized device made for outdoor operation. Features include:

• 1.3 Megapixel camera
• 132 x 176 pixel 260,000 color screen
• RS-MMC memory slot
• Bluetooth
• MP3/AAC player
• Push-to-talk

Look for the Siemens M75 starting in June.
