Siemens C75 announced

Siemens today announced the CX75, a mid-line camera phone.

Features of the Siemens CX75 include:

• Tri-band GSM
• 132 x 176 pixel screen with 65K colors
• VGA camera with video recording and 5x digital zoom
• Small and light: 103×44×17 mm with weight of 85 grams

The C75 will be available in August 2005, pricing is unknown but likely on the lower end. The future of Siemens' mobile unit is still under speculation despite today's announcement.

Note: don't confuse this handset with the more high-end Siemens CX75.
