Nextel has launched the Motorola i605, its first phone that includes Bluetooth. Details of the i605 were released by the FCC back in December 2004. Features of the Motorola i605 include:
* Bluetooth
* 176 x 220 pixel 262K color display
* GPS
* Java
The Motorola i605 is beind sold by Nextel for $299.99 with a new service agreement.
Nextel also launched the Motorola i275 and i355 today.
Update: As noted by Engadget, Nextel carries the BlackBerry 7250 which includes Bluetooth. It could be considered a phone, though the email features limit it to a corporate demographic.
