rim logoBoth Research In Motion and NTP have confirmed that the US Patent Office has rejected two patents used by NTP in a patent infringement lawsuit against RIM's BlackBerry line. Investors have taken to the patent news this afternoon, rallying shares of RIM [RIMM] over 6% in trading Wedensday. Read up on our past coverage of this major story.
