jamster-logo-new.gifJamster, a popular content provider known best for Crazy Frog, has launched a rebranding campaign featuring a new logo, redesigned website, and new TV and online advertisements. Jamster, which sells ringtones and wallpapers via short codes and download messages, has now simplified pricing plans and has added a parental control service to U.S. customers.

These changes are brought about by claims of Jamster deceptively selling their content. Their commercials advertised "free" ringtones and wallpapers that actually resulted in a monthly paid subscription. The practice led to a lawsuit in the US.

Jamster has already launched their rebranding campaign in the United States, and hopes to expand this to Europe, Australia, and other areas in the coming months.
