Amp'd Mobile and MTV have teamed up to broadcast the first live concert for mobile subscribers. Fall Out Boy, The All-American Rejects and Hawthorne Heights will perform on March 19th. The full show will be made available for free to all Amp'd subscribers, but you will need to catch it live.

The performance will also include interactive elements, such as being able to send text messages that will be broadcast on screens behind the stage.

Amp'd Mobile is a youth-centric MVNO that launched late last year. MTV is also an investor in the company.
