Verizon Wireless pushed some updates to its customer website this week. The update has expanded the My Account section and now allows customers improved access to messaging statistics. Information includes number of messages sent and received, including date and time stamps. The data is also available in the form of an Excel spreadsheet.
The support section has also been optimized, it's now organized into four sections.
