Number portability costs consumers
According to a
new study from a US-based think tank, number portability is going to cost comsumers $2.62 a month.
Back in August, we mentioned that some carriers are profiting off of the new fees, which is something to keep in mind while reading this study.
Even with the added cost, number portability is going to be
very popular.
