Vodafone K.K. cracks down on spam

Vodafone K.K. sent out a press release stating that customers who, "send more than 120 mails in the space of three hours from Vodafone PDC (2G) handsets will have mail sending access restricted for the next 21 hours." This is a move to try and curb unsolicited messages.
