Top ringtone chart appears

In Britain, cellphone ringtones outsell music singles. Singles have had charts for a long time, so it was only natural that ringtones would
have them soon.
bq. This week the world's first official top 20 chart for ringtones appears in Music Week.
The chart is recognized British Phonographic Industry and publsihed by KPMG.
