Panasonic, at the CommunicAsia 2004 conference, released the Panasonic X400. It's quite thin (17.5mm) but still packs in a 65,000 color screen and a VGA camera. It's a clamshell phone, but has a neat feature that pops it open with a push of a button.
The X400 will be available starting Q3 2004.
