Samsung SPH-V5400 announced

Samsung announced the Samsung SPH-V5400 over the holiday weekend. the SPH-V5400 is the first cell phone to include a hard drive (yes, a hard drive). The drive is only 1.5GB, but that's more storage than you'll find in any other phone--especially one without an extra memory card in it. Here are some specs:

• 128×128 OLED external screen, 240×320 pixel LCD internal display
• Megapixel digital camera
• FM radio
• TV output
• Dual speakers

Look for it in South Korea later this month for around $800.
