Samsung announced the SCH-B600 this morning at CeBIT. It includes a 10-megapixel camera which makes it the highest resolution camera phone on the market. Besides the resolution, the B600's camera features auto focus and a 3x optical zoom.
Engadget Mobile has some hands on photos of the B600. While it's not RAZR-thin, the handset does manage to look like a fairly normal phone.
