Samsung SCH-V770, 7-megapixel camera phone

CeBIT 2005 -- The Samsung SCH-V770, announced at CeBIT, is the world's first 7-megapixel camera phone. It will ship in Korea (where Samsung already has a 5-megapixel camera phone on the market).

Other features on the Samsung V770 include:

• QVGA display
• CDMA with EV-DO high-speed data
• 32MB internal memory and MMCmicro memory card slot
• Business card scanner
• Ability to attach additional lenses (though the included lens has a 3x optical zoom).

The Samsung V770 should ship in the first half of this year.
