Samsung SCH-250, 5 megapixel camera phone

Samsung's new SCH-250 is a five megapixel camera phone--a world first. It should come out in South Korea next week and will cost about $800 US. Specs are still frustratingly limited, but the Samsung SCH-250 will have 90MB of RAM and an MP3 player in addition to the camera. A large picture is available after the jump.
