Samsung announced the SPH-V7800 today, adding another model to its line of high-end camera phones. The Samsung V7800 also adds an optical zoom, which should make the digital camera more useful (optical zoom lenses don't degrade image quality like digital zoom software does).
Features of the V7800 include:

* QVGA resolution display
* EV-DO high-speed data
* Anti-bacterial coating
* MMCmicro memory card slot
