DataViz today began shipping its RoadSync application that uses Microsoft ActiveSync technology. According to DataViz, this makes the new version of RoadSync the, "First Full Exchange ActiveSync Implementation on Non-Microsoft Based Devices."
The software will run on phones running Symbian OS v7 with the UIQ user interface (that includes the Sony Ericsson P900/P910). However, DataViz has announced that it will make RoadSync compatible with Series 60, Series 80, Palm OS 5 and JAVA MIDP 2.0 phones. Those versions are coming this Summer.
Pricing for the software ranges from between $49.99 and $99.99 depending on the version (some platforms don't support all the features.)
