The Samsung SGH-i300 has been approved by the FCC, according to documents posted on the FCC's website. The i300 is best known for having a 3GB hard drive onboard. The music phone sports a lot more than a hard drive though:

Uh. What do you mean when you say "looks"? If you mean stylistically, I have nothing to say.
Otherwise, the Nokia N91 (which I assume you're referring to) has a better camera (2MP) a standard headphone port, and Wifi support.
Alex:
The hands on shots of the N91 make it look reallly big. From the looks of this Samsung, it's a lot more like a standard phone. I don't know about you, but size is important (the N70 is huge too, sadly).
Here are some photos of the N91:

I have not used either handset, but I think both have merit. But I don't think we'll see either one in the US, so it doesn't matter too much.
I'll be getting an N90 in a few weeks, review up shortly after.
Matt K.:
Ah. You're probably right regarding the size...
Dimensions: 113 x 48 x 20 mm vs 113 x 55 x 22 mm
Weight: 130 g vs 160 g
But that 3.5mm port! you can use any pair of headphones! :)
You're right about the headphone jack. Hmm, I wonder what Samsung is planning. Sony Ericsson has a little gadget that turns any pair of headphones into a handsfree, it is shipping with the W800. That's a pretty good idea.
Matt:
The N91 has a similar gadget which allows any 3.5 headphone to be used also ships with the phone; the HS-28. See: http://www.nokia.com/nokia/0,,5856,00.html
I must say that the w800i headphones are probably better though; they are really reminescent of the Sony MDR-71 which were decent in-ear headphones.
Jon:
Looking forward to the N90 review. Can't wait for you to get an N91 though - that'll be soooooo... good ;)
Alex: Trust me, anxious for the N91 as well :).
I want this phone! When will it be available here? Even to import. Looks much better than that Nokia with a hard drive.
