CeBIT 2005 -- Samsung has been busy making cell phone users at CeBIT jealous--besides showing off a 7 megapixel camera phone, Samsung also announced the SGH-i300, a phone with a 3GB hard drive.
The i300 runs Windows Mobile OS and has a long list of features:
The Samsung i300 will likely not make it to the US, but will be able to be imported (it runs GSM 900/1800/1900MHz). The i300 isn't the first Samsung phone to sport a hard drive, the SPH-V5400 has a 1.5GB drive inside. Rumors point to phones being announced soon with 4GB hard drives.
