Nokia E50 announced

Nokia E50Nokia has added to its business-themed E-Series with the announcement of the E50. It's the smallest of the series, but still manages to pack in the features. One of the most interesting features is the ability for the E50 to tie into corporate phone networks, so it appears to be a regular office phone (with forwarding, extension, voicemail integration, etc). This can also save costs as it will redirect international calls through the corporate system.

Other features of the Nokia E50 include:

  • S60 3rd edition
  • Mobile email access (Intellisync Wireless Email by Nokia, BlackBerry Connect, Visto Mobile, Altexia, and Microsoft ActiveSync)
  • Quadband GSM 850/900/1800/1900 plus EDGE
  • Bluetooth
  • QVGA screen
  • 1.3 megapixel camera

Nokia didn't hint at when the E50 would begin shipping.
