Sony Ericsson K618i announced

The Sony Ericsson K618i us a new 3G handset that is basically a 3G infused W810i. With built-in UMTS 2100, the K618i isn't destined for US (unlike the W810i which is still scheduled for a launch from Cingular).

Features of the K618i include:

• Bluetooth EDR with stereo support
• M2 memory card slot, 256mb card in box
• 176×220 262k color screen
• 2.0 megapixel camera, plus VGA camera for video calling
• Music player with control keys

Sony Ericsson expects to ship the K618i in Q3 2006. It will come in two colors, Vibrant Black or Bright White (photo of the black version is below). Pricing was not announced.
